All in all everything was spotless, had an awesome stay at hotel comfortable beds value for money. The breakfast was free of charge and good with delisious hashbrowns; and the staff was fabulous. It had very central location close to Pier Head. And the area was lovely, near to public/communal areas as well as the theatre-above.

Liked our 1 day in this hotel, nothing too much trouble. It's luxurious and famous place to stay 1 km away from Liverpool Waterfront. Make sure to get double room with a double jacuzzi, a lovely view, for example. The location is brilliant and the staff is courteous. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is brilliant.
